In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the stability, security and performance of the technology platforms that power payment experiences around the world. Your expertise will help maintain resilient, highly available Windows environments, strengthen operational excellence and support business growth through reliable infrastructure. What you'll own

  • Drive platform reliability and availability by maintaining resilient Windows infrastructure that enables business-critical payment services to perform consistently and meet service level commitments.
  • Strengthen security and operational integrity through proactive system maintenance, patching, access governance and compliance-focused practices that protect the business and its clients.
  • Accelerate service performance and scalability by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing automation and enhancing infrastructure capabilities to support future growth.
  • Lead effective issue resolution and recovery outcomes by troubleshooting complex platform challenges, minimizing disruption and restoring services quickly to maintain business continuity.
  • Influence infrastructure excellence by contributing to technology modernization, disaster recovery readiness and continuous improvement initiatives that increase system resilience and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
  • Implementing and maintaining Active Directory; Windows Server; MS Windows Clustering; enterprise SAN and NAS configurations; MS SCCM and VMware VCM; Antivirus Software, Application White Listing and Device Control; TCP/IP and other networking principles including DNS and DHCP; scripting language; Experience with managing VMWare virtualization technologies; Virtual Center Management and Administration; vSphere Server, vSphere Client, and vCenter Server; Installation and support of VMware View to include Pool Management, Entitlements, Upgrades, and Break/Fix; deploying virtual machines and use technologies such as Snapshots, clones, templates.
  • MCSE Certified or equivalent
  • Experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments, including troubleshooting, configuration management and maintaining highly available enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical issues, make sound decisions and deliver effective solutions that improve system stability, performance and user experience.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and core networking principles within enterprise environments.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities while taking ownership of outcomes, collaborating effectively across teams and maintaining a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant systems administration experience.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience managing VMware virtualization technologies, including vCenter Server administration, virtual machine deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows clustering, enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or equivalent industry-recognized infrastructure certification.
