Werkstudent E-Commerce & Campaign Management (all genders)

Zur Unterstützung unseres Sales & Marketing Teams suchen wir einen motivierten Werkstudenten (all genders), der aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen bitiba-Shops mitwirken möchte. Die Position ist zunächst auf 6 Monate befristet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Sales-Kampagnen sowie saisonalen Marketingaktivitäten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Kampagneninhalten, einschließlich Bannern, Landingpages und App-exklusiven Aktionen
• Mitarbeit bei lieferantenfinanzierten Kampagnen und Marketingaktivitäten
• Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit unserer Eigenmarken
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Shop Operations Managern in ganz Europa
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Website-Inhalten in unseren 13 internationalen bitiba-Shops
• Qualitätssicherung und operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reportings und Analysen zu Kampagnen und Marketingmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Auswertung von Sampling-Aktionen
• Mitarbeit an internen Dokumentationen, Prozessen und Best Practices

Qualifications

• Eingeschriebener Student (all genders) mit einer verbleibenden Studiendauer von mindestens 6 Monaten, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften, E-Commerce oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Verfügbarkeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 6 Monaten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Interesse an der Heimtierbranche, digitalen Medien und E-Commerce
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Strukturierte, detailorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
