Job Description
- Defining and documenting the overall system architecture for ADAS features, including hardware and software components and communication interfaces
- Collaborating with different engineering teams (software, hardware, testing, validation) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the system architecture
- Leading system design discussions and making architectural decisions based on technical feasibility, performance requirements, and cost constraints
- Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level specifications
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ADAS technologies and incorporating them into the system architecture
- Contributing to technical proposals and acquisitions for new ADAS projects
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
- ADAS（先進運転支援システム）機能の全体的なシステムアーキテクチャの定義と文書化
- ハードウェア、ソフトウェアコンポーネント、通信インターフェースを含む
- 異なるエンジニアリングチーム（ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テスト、バリデーションなど）との連携

Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture design and development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts
- Fluent in English and Japanese on business level
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensor fusion, perception, planning, and control
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
- Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, LemonTree, Git).
