The role in one line :
Own the end-to-end growth of the company’s YouTube presence by creating engaging, high-performing video content and executing data-driven growth strategies. This role will shape how the brand shows up on YouTube, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and business impact through compelling storytelling, optimization, and continuous experimentation.
What you'll own :
- Plan, create, and edit engaging YouTube videos aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy to grow subscribers, views, watch time, and engagement.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content opportunities, trends, and growth levers.
- Optimize video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and playlists for discoverability and performance.
- Analyze channel and video performance using YouTube Analytics and other reporting tools, and translate insights into action.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to align content with broader campaigns and business objectives.
- Experiment with formats, hooks, publishing cadence, and promotional tactics to improve channel growth.
- Stay current on YouTube trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital video marketing.
