YouTube Video Creator and Manager

Kapwing is looking for a skilled YouTube video creator to take strategic ownership of our YouTube channel.  The @Kapwing YouTube channel has over 200,000 subscribers and reaches a diverse global audience of creators, from social media teams and students to marketing professionals and businesses. We’re looking to bring on a talented Content Strategist to lead the channel’s next phase of creative direction. Our mission on YouTube is to empower modern storytellers through videos that are educational, inspiring, and entertaining. You’ll plan, produce, and star in videos that teach modern video editing skills, explore trends, and solve real problems for creators. You’ll also experiment with new growth strategies to grow the channel, collaborate with other creators, and report on the business impact of our YouTube content. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Content. The position is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote each week.
