The Zoho CRM Analyst is responsible for administering, optimizing, and continuously improving the company's Zoho CRM ecosystem so that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams can rely on clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights. Acting as the bridge between business needs and the platform, this role configures modules, automations, dashboards, and reports, safeguards data quality, and enables the team to make faster, better-informed decisions.
