About the Role
Dreamtime Learning is looking for a skilled and passionate Zoho Developer with hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, automating, and maintaining business processes and integrations using various Zoho applications to support organizational operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions, and automations.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator.
Configure and support Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and other Zoho applications as required.
Write and maintain Deluge scripts for business process automation and workflow optimization.
Design, develop, and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom functions.
Automate business processes using workflows, schedules, approvals, and custom functions.
Perform data migration, data cleanup, and database management within the Zoho ecosystem.
Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support to internal teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform.
Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
Experience with Zoho Creator application development.
Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Forms.
Experience building and managing API integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks.
Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.
Experience with data migration and database management within Zoho applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Zoho Certifications.
Experience integrating Zoho with payment gateways, telephony systems, marketing automation tools, or ERP platforms.
Experience working in the Education, EdTech, or School Management domain.
