- Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, stock levels, and forecasting trends.
- Tools Proficiency: Intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets skills (experience with LOOKUP formula, Pivot Tables, and basic data modeling).
- Problem Solver: Proactive in analyzing report deviations and proposing practical action plans.
- Collaborator: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with Category Managers and Team Leaders.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage range costing datasets and business summaries without losing accuracy.
- Final year student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Passionate for sport
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
Key Responsibilities
- Economic Alignment: Help validate business plans and align demand tactics with overall sport strategies.
- Inventory & Stock Piloting: Assist in setting target inventory levels (stock norms) and monitoring sales vs. purchase summaries.
- Activity Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze demand reports, and help construct action plans to achieve team goals.
- Paid 6 month internship
- Hands-on Mentorship & Training: Receive direct guidance and structured training from experienced Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders.
