Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage daily HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
• Organize and coordinate employee activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
• lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Operations, Payroll, and Employee Engagement.
• Experience in the Facility Management, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom Infrastructure, or Telecom Engineering industries would be preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
