Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term business strategies for maximizing profitability aligned with organizational goals.
- Standardize initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate business growth.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors to provide customized business solutions and foster strong partnerships.
- Oversee logistics inputs and implement procedures for seamless operations.
- Optimize transportation costs through effective vendor and transporter coordination.
- Support marketing efforts and manage operations of value-added products/services.
- Evaluate pricing strategies for existing and new products/services based on market demand.
- Generate and present MIS reports to top management for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting a cooperative work environment.
- Recruit talented individuals and identify training needs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Transportation Management Systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven senior management experience in logistics or related industry (12+ years).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems effectively

Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the logistics industry, with at least X years of demonstrated leadership.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation management, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
