What you'll do

• Be central to the client experience: You’ll own and elevate the full client journey for a highly engaged book of music and entertainment clients.
• Work at the intersection of music and business: White Sky’s specialist roster now has access to BlueRock’s broader services tax advisory, legal, insurance and private wealth giving you more ways to add value.
• Grow with us: Fast career development, visible impact and mentoring from senior leaders who care about your progress.
• Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for a premium client book, proactively solving issues and spotting new opportunities.
• Own compliance and reporting: Oversee ATO dealings, monitor deadlines, prepare reports and support Governance, Risk & Compliance.

About you

• Client-focused and decisive: Experience in client services or practice management within accounting/business services.
• Technically strong: Comfortable with BAS preparation, ATO portal, Xero and CRM tools.
• Organised and proactive: Juggles multiple clients and deadlines, anticipates problems and acts fast.
• Music Fanatic! Industry experience or a genuine interest in music/creative clients is highly valued.
• A people leader: Experience managing or coordinating teams and contractors.
