About this role
- Betreuung, FĂĽhrung und Abschluss von Kundenbuchhaltungen
- Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Buchhaltungslösungen, inkl. KI-gestützter Anwendungen
- Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Auswertungen, hauptsächlich in Excel und Word
- Erstellung von Steuergrundlagenreportings sowie telefonischer Kundenkontakt
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenberatern und Sachbearbeitern aus den Zielmärkten
- Mitarbeit in Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Accounting & Finance)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbuchhaltung sowie Erfahrung mit digitalen Buchhaltungssystemen und Interesse an KI‑gestützten Lösungen
- Freude an Projektarbeit und Prozessverbesserungen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Engagement, Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Ganzheitliches Denken und Handeln, das die BedĂĽrfnisse des Kunden in den Mittelpunkt stellt
