About this role
- Verwaltung der Liegenschaften - innen und aussen
- Pflege der GrĂĽnanlagen des Hauses
- Ăśberwachung der Lift-, LĂĽftungs-, Klima-, Heizungs-, Brand- und Einbruchanlage
- Kleinere Reparaturen und Installationen im Hause sowie diverse Wartungsarbeiten
- Verantwortung fĂĽr die Ordnung im Hause
- UmzĂĽge im Haus sowie Mobiliarverwaltung
- Schneeräumung im Winter
- 24 Stunden Erreichbarkeit für die betreuten Immobilien, bei Bedarf Einsätze ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker mit erster Berufserfahrung oder Berufserfahrung als Facility Manager
- Weiterbildung zum Hauswart mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
