Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of Sales Ledger, Credit Control & Cashbook.

What you’ll be doing:

• Posting cashbook transactions & allocate incoming customer payments to the correct accounts
• Issue customer invoices & credit notes
• Assisting with credit control
• Setting up new customer accounts and maintain customer credit limits 
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Issue customer statements
• Answering the telephone & redirecting calls.
• Assisting visitors to the business.

About you:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Knowledge of SAGE and SAP systems would be beneficial however training will be provided.
