Accounts Executive (1 Year Contract)

We are seeking an Accounts Executive (1-Year Contract) to join our Shah Alam office. The role is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payments, and collections. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory and company financial policies while driving process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.

• Support tax, e-invoicing, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting activities.

• Support the implementation and review of internal controls, identify process improvement opportunities, drive finance automation initiatives, and provide support during internal and external audits.

• Provide financial analysis support and assist with other finance-related duties as required.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and accuracy, with at least two years of experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment. Experience with Aurora and Pronto systems is an advantage but not essential. You should possess strong communication and listening skills, be able to work independently.
