Procuramos um(a) Analista de Growth Marketing Pleno analítico(a), proativo(a) e orientado(a) a dados para integrar nossa equipe de Growth.

Nesta função, você será peça-chave no desenho da estratégia de relacionamento e retenção de clientes, atuando na interseção entre estratégia, dados, tecnologia e experimentos. Seu objetivo principal será otimizar o ciclo de vida do cliente (LTV, retenção e conversão) por meio de jornadas personalizadas, segmentações avançadas e automações em ferramentas MarTech.

Principais 

  • Estratégia e Design de Jornadas: Mapear oportunidades ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do cliente e desenhar réguas de relacionamento (onboarding, engajamento, cross-sell/up-sell, reativação e prevenção de churn) focadas no aumento de conversão, retenção e Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Engenharia de Audiências: Escrever queries otimizadas em SQL para extração e segmentação de bases de dados robustas, garantindo a hiper-personalização das campanhas e a entrega da mensagem certa para a pessoa certa no momento ideal.
  • Orquestração MarTech: Configurar, automatizar e disparar comunicações transacionais e promocionais nos canais adequados (E-mail, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, etc.). Planejar e executar experimentos constantes (Testes A/B e Multivariados) para otimizar conversões.
  • Growth Analytics: Construir e manter dashboards gerenciais de performance, traduzindo métricas operacionais (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate) em impacto direto para o negócio (Incremental Revenue, ROI, LTV, redução de Churn).

Requisitos 

  • Experiência na área: Vivência consolidada em Growth Marketing, CRM, MarTech e análise de dados.
  • Domínio de SQL: Capacidade de escrever e otimizar queries (SELECT, JOINs, agregação, condicionais) para segmentação e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
  • Excel / Planilhas Avançado: Habilidade com funções complexas, tabelas dinâmicas, modelagem de dados e análise de métricas.
  • Experiência com Ferramentas MarTech / Automação de CRM: Domínio prático de plataformas de CRM/automação (ex.: Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, MoEngage, Insider, RD Station, ActiveCampaign ou similares).
  • Cultura de Testes e Dados: Conhecimento prático em metodologia de Testes A/B/Multivariados e forte entendimento das principais métricas de ciclo de vida e negócios (CAC, LTV, ROI, Revenue, Retention Rate).

  • Organização e Atenção aos Detalhes: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos canais, réguas e testes simultaneamente com alto rigor operacional.
  • Proatividade e Autonomia: Perfil curioso, que identifica problemas na jornada, propõe soluções e testa novas hipóteses antes mesmo de ser solicitado.
  • Pensamento Analítico e Orientado a Resultados: Foco em transformar dados brutos em insights acionáveis e receita incremental.
  • Boa Comunicação: Habilidade para conectar objetivos de marketing a métricas técnicas e trabalhar em colaboração com times de produto, dados e design.

Diferenciais 

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Nocões de lógica de programação / Python para automações de dados.
  • Experiência prévia em e-commerce, fintechs, startups de crescimento rápido ou modelos SaaS.
