About this role

Responsible for the end-to-end development and design of hardware projects, from requirements definition and technical planning through development, integration, validation, and transfer to production. The role includes analog circuit design, component selection, system architecture definition, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analog circuits for new and existing products.
  • Hardware development projects from concept through production release.
  • Define system architecture and select components.
  • Collaborate closely with Software, Testing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams.
  • Translate product requirements into technical specifications and hardware solutions.
  • Support projects throughout all development phases, from specification and design to validation and production transfer.
  • Perform hardware-software integration and support system-level testing activities.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage technical and engineering documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement design improvements.
  • Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the organization's technological roadmap.
    • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
    • Experience in RF- An advantage
    • At least 5 years of experience in analog circuit design and development.
    • Proven experience in hardware-software integrated product development.
    • Experience with PSPICE simulation.
    • Knowledge of power supplies and amplifier design.
    • Experience leading or managing technical development projects.
    • Knowledge of Physics and Electro-Optics โ€“ an advantage.
    • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
