התפקיד כולל אחריות כוללת על מערך האיכות במפעל החברה, אחריות לעמידה בתקנים בין לאומיים וניהול צוות האיכות המפעלי הכולל מהנדסים ומבקרי איכות.
תחומי אחריות:
- הבטחת עמידה בדרישות לקוח, רגולציה ותקנים בינלאומיים ובהם AS9100, ISO9001 ו-ISO14001.
- גיבוש והובלת תוכנית איכות תקופתית, תוכנית הדרכות, הסמכות ומבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
- ניהול מערך מדדי האיכות, ואחריות לכיולים וביקורות של אמצעים ותשתיות ייצור.
- אחריות על איכות ספקים, ביצוע מבדקי ספק, טיפול ב‑SCAR ובקרה על איכות חומרים נכנסים.
- טיפול באירועי אי-התאמה, ביצוע חקרי שורש ע”פ מתודת D8, הובלת פעולות מתקנות ומונעות והטמעתן.
- הכנת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים והטמעתם ו־ FMEA בתהליכי האספקה והייצור.
שליטה בתקני IPC-A-610 ובתקני האיכות AS9100 / ISO9001 / ISO14001.
- היכרות טובה עם תהליכי SMT, הלחמה, והרכבות ותהליכי הביקורת שלהם.
- 5 עד 10 שנות ניסיון באיכות, מתוכן לפחות 3 בניהול.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם ממשקי יצור, רכש ותכנון ומול לקוחות וספקים.
- עבודה בחברות בין-לאומיות או בסביבת יצרנית אלקטרוניקה EMS, יתרון
