About this role

Job Role: Analyst – Product Listing Optimisation
You should apply if you have
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or digital merchandising - across D2C (Shopify/website/app), Marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart), and/or Quick Commerce platforms
  • Understanding of what drives PDP performance across channels - titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, and on-site search/SEO relevance
  • Comfort with data - you can read a dashboard, spot a drop in conversion, and ask "why"
  • An eye for detail - you notice when a listing looks off, a keyword is missing, or an image doesn't meet spec, on any platform
  • Willingness to do focused, repetitive optimisation work at scale (100s of SKUs across multiple channels) without losing rigor
  • Strong written communication to brief designers/content writers and follow up with platform/tech teams
You should not apply if you
  • Are looking for a pure strategy or brand-marketing role with no hands-on listing work
  • Are uncomfortable with Excel/Sheets or repetitive data work
  • Expect to only analyze data without acting on the optimisations yourself
  • Are not okay with a fast-paced role
  • Want to work on a single channel only and aren't open to working across D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce
What will you do?
  • Own end-to-end optimisation of product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, backend keywords, on-site SEO) across D2C website/app, Amazon, and Quick Commerce platforms
  • Continuously improve PDP view → Add-to-Cart (ATC) conversion rate through content, imagery, and keyword refinements - channel by channel
  • Track and improve organic ranking/search visibility for priority SKUs on each platform (marketplace search rank + D2C on-site/SEO)
  • Run keyword research and competitor listing audits across channels to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Monitor listing health - content compliance, image quality, A+/PDP module status, missing attributes - and fix issues proactively across all channels
  • Coordinate with the design/content and D2C tech/CMS teams to brief and get creative assets and PDP updates implemented
  • Track key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ATC rate, organic rank, D2C PDP bounce/exit rate) SKU-wise and channel-wise, flagging underperformers
  • Support respective channel managers (D2C, Marketplace, Quick Commerce) with data pulls, reporting, and pre/post-analysis of optimisation changes
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm/feature changes (Amazon A+ updates, Shopify PDP features, Quick Commerce content modules) and implement relevant ones
Skills Required:
  • Understanding of keyword research tools/methods (Amazon search terms, on-site search analytics, Helium10/similar a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables at minimum)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics - CTR, conversion rate, ATC rate, ranking, Buy Box, bounce rate
  • Good written communication for briefing content/design/tech teams
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across large SKU sets and multiple platforms simultaneously
Work Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Working Days & Location:
  • Monday –Friday
  • Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana
Perks:
  • Collaborative and high-growth environment
  • Exposure to high-impact roles with platform ownership
  • Opportunity to work with India’s leading health & nutrition brand
