Assistant International Business Manager

As the Assistant International Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our business into new international markets. You will lead an International Business team, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the successful launch and growth of our brands and products in targeted regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, cultural awareness, and a proven track record of driving international business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth for assigned international markets through clear business plans, sales targets, and market development initiatives.
• Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders across assigned countries.
• Own sales performance, budget planning, trade spending, and profitability for assigned markets.
• Work closely with distributors to develop sales forecasts, purchase plans, inventory plans, promotional calendars, product launch plans, and market development activities.
• Partners with local distributors and internal teams to execute launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.
• Turn market insights, consumer behavior, competitor movement, channel dynamics, pricing, and regulations into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from planning to in-market delivery.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver priorities, improve execution, and achieve business goals.
• Provide clear reports and analysis on performance, budget, market situation, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support other international business priorities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in international business, export sales, distributor management, or business development.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer products is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing distributors, partners, sales targets, budgets, and marketing execution.
• Strong understanding of international markets, channel development, consumer trends, competitors, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willing and able to travel internationally as required.
