About this role
Core Responsibilities:
•Partner with Senior Brand Manager to develop Absolut's annual digital marketing masterplan, aligning with brand PRIME objectives, Search Index, Social Index, and Geo‑expansion targets; prioritize digital investment across tiered cities and target consumer groups.
•Own end‑to‑end execution across all organic and paid digital channels, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Official Account, Bilibili, KOL/KOC influencer ecosystem, and e‑commerce storefronts (Tmall, JD, Douyin E‑commerce).
•Manage full content calendar production: coordinate creative agencies, review copy and video assets to maintain brand tone of voice, supervise content delivery, community operations, and daily user engagement to ensure consistent brand presence.
•Lead the full influencer marketing workflow: shortlist tiered‑city KOLs, brief creative shooting, track posting schedules, monitor real‑time content performance, settle influencer contracts, and conduct post‑campaign ROI reviews to optimize future partnerships.
•Support paid media operations (including Douyin Ads and Xiaohongshu Commercial): assist in media budget allocation, A/B testing of creative materials, real‑time performance optimization, and conversion rate improvement to reduce customer acquisition costs.
•Collaborate with Data team to build standardized weekly/monthly/quarterly digital performance dashboards, covering 3 core dimensions: digital channel traffic & engagement, content trends, and search trends.
•Generate actionable insights from social trends and competitor movements; deliver monthly competitive analysis benchmarking content, influencer tactics, and media strategies, with countermeasure recommendations to increase Absolut's digital share of voice, engagement, and traffic.
•Key Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years work experience in marketing
•Savvy in digital, social, EC, search.
•Have deep understanding in youth culture and youth life. With Consumer-centric mindset.
•Strong strategic thinking capability and ownership
•Good communication skill. Open to feedback
•Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
