Key Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
● Monitor daily campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Support optimization of campaigns based on key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
● Assist in audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
● Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
● Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and campaigns.
● Track campaign spends, leads, conversions, and overall performance across channels.
● Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
● Coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead quality and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Who Should Apply:
1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/ Growth
Marketing
2. Prior experience in EdTech is mandatory.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
4. Experience working on lead-generation and paid acquisition campaigns.
5. Experience with campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
6. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting dashboards.
7. Google Ads / Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
