  2. Lead and manage video editors, graphic designers, and creative team members
  3. Develop and refine creative concepts, storytelling, visual styles, and editing approaches
  4. Set creative quality standards and review output before publishing
  5. Remain hands-on with editing, design, and creative problem-solving when required
  6. Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and delivery
  7. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful creatives
  8. Drive creative innovation through new formats, trends, and AI-powered tools

  1. Strong video editing and graphic design expertise
  2. Excellent eye for visual quality, storytelling, composition, and pacing
  3. Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  4. Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
  5. Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives
  6. Hands-on, ownership-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
