About this role
- Lead the Commercial Growth Lab and oversee Commercial Planning & Execution and Monetization functions.
- Develop commercial growth strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and basket growth through data-driven campaigns.
- Establish integrated commercial plans across Promotion, Communication, Events, Media, CRM, and Social Media.
- Lead digital media, owned media, KOL, affiliate, and social activation strategies to maximize ROI.
- Identify and develop new monetization opportunities, including data, media, IP, and commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Product, CRM, Data, Finance, and external partners to deliver growth initiatives.
- Define commercial KPIs and performance dashboards, monitor business performance, and optimize investments.
- Build scalable commercial frameworks, governance, and operating models.
- Coach and develop managers and cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in media and data monetization, marketing performance analytics, or a related role, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of media monetization strategies, data monetization models, and marketing performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on revenue growth, data-driven decision-making, and marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and data privacy regulations is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media monetization and marketing analytics.
