Pay & Shop Flow:

• Pay Range: $26.00 – $46.00/hr flat rate (commensurate with level and experience)
• Bays & Flow: High warranty/CP volume with full bays year-round; no waiting on work

Sign-On & Tool Incentives:

• Level 5 / Master: $5,000 Sign-on + $1,000 Tool Bonus ($6,000 total)
• Level 4: $4,000 Sign-on
• Level 3: $3,000 Sign-on
• Level 2: $2,000 Sign-on
• Level 1: $1,000 Sign-on
• Career Advancement: Additional $1,000 tool reimbursement every time you advance a manufacturer level
• Box Relocation: 100% covered and handled by us
