Bar Service (ABR)

Voulgaris Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Bar Service professional. As a Bar Service professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar service, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting the needs of our guests. You will be an integral part of our team, providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction
• Provide timely and efficient service while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to create and update cocktail menus, keeping up with industry trends
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the bar, including daily specials

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
