Guest Relations Officer (TOS)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Actively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Provide recommendations and assist guests with information about local attractions and amenities.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or occasions for guests.

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and amenities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
