About this role

Go Answer is expanding its Contact Center operations to a brand new 500-seat facility in Belmopan!ย  We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven Contact Center Agents to join our team in Belize!ย  Go Answer's goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients, (and their clients), one extraordinary customer experience at a time.ย  Our agents should be fluent in English to greet and assist our customers with enthusiasm and confidence.ย ย 


Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.ย 
  • Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement
  • Addressing complaints, queries and feedback from our clients and patiently providing the best possible solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve positive connections by going the extra mile.ย 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client's products and services.ย 
  • Follow account procedures and/or scripts with a personal touch.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the client's site and products or services.ย 
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center metrics while providing excellent customer service.



Requirements:


  • Applicants must be 18 years and over and must possess an active and valid Belize social security card.
  • Must have experience in related field - (call center, retail, hospitality or food service)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish, using proper pronunciation and sentence structure
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Positive Attitude and Energy
  • Excellent Phone voice
  • Outstanding customer service and active listening skills
  • Computer literacy - Typing 25 words per minute.ย  MS Word/Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes and procedural changes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ย 
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Clean police record via a background check
