Bilingual Health Center Associate

Job Title:  Bilngual Health Center Associate I Location: Lawrenceville / East Atlanta Reports To: Health Center Manager FLSA Status:  Full-time,Non-exempt Salary: $21 -$23 per hour   Planned Parenthood Southeast seeks a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Health Center Associate I to join our Atlanta healthcare team. In this role, you will support patients throughout their health center experience—from check-in and registration to patient intake, clinical assistance, laboratory services, education, and checkout. You will communicate with patients in both English and Spanish, helping ensure they receive clear information and respectful, culturally responsive care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to providing inclusive and nonjudgmental sexual and reproductive healthcare. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: At least two years of healthcare experience. Experience using an electronic health record system. Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to explain healthcare information clearly in both languages. Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to compassionate, inclusive, and nonjudgmental patient care. Ability to support patients receiving objective information about all pregnancy options, including abortion, adoption, and parenting.   Preferred Qualifications Experience in abortion care and family planning. Certification as a Medical Assistant , Surgical Technologist, or Licensed Practical Nurse.
