Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Brand Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves overseeing campaigns, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with internal teams and external agencies for content creation/advertising and distribution across traditional and digital media
· Be responsible for the design and delivery of customer communication across all touch points.
· Assist in developing an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures
· Ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
· Ensure our e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions
· Strategize still shoots with photographers, product unboxing videos, product descriptor videos with the agency. Managing end to end operations to deliver the final and finished creative / images, videos.
· Knowledge of uploading A+ content, listings on E-commerce portals
· Developing social media content and managing still / video shoots in house
Requirements:
· 2+ years of work experience
· MBA in Marketing from Tier 1/2 campus
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
