- Meeting and working alongside key project stakeholders
- Assessing and analysing project practices and procedures.
- Compiling and presenting project findings and recommendations.
- Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
- Organising and managing the project.
- Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.
- Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.
