In your role as Business Operations Analyst (m/f/d) you will be critical in the continued success of our marketplace partnerships. With our ambitious growth targets set for 2027, our marketplace partnerships play a crucial role, and understanding performance to better forecast success will be a key part of this role.

Job Description

• Performance Analysis: Drive the analysis of performance across all marketplaces. This is more than just analyzing data! It’s deriving the business impact and driving initiatives that solve the problems. 
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Act as the first line of defense for any operational issues that arise. You'll separate the real problems from the noise, solve problems or route them to the right people internally or with the partner, until they're solved.
• Automate and Innovate: Leverage your skills to build, maintain, and improve scripts and tools that automate repetitive operational tasks, such as catalog updates and hub availability checks, reducing manual effort and eliminating errors.
• Collaborate Across a Global Stage: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams (Commercial, Tech, and Operations) and external marketplace partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execute strategic projects.
• Experimentation: Run commercial experiments aimed at measurable growth across the marketplaces from setup through to the read-out. You'll help size the opportunity, track the test, and make an honest call on whether it worked.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Clear experience in Data Analysis: You work day-to-day with SQL and have strong experience in turning data analysis into actionable insights, demonstrable through initiatives you have led. 
• Proficiency with BI Tooling: You have a solid experience with tools such as PowerBI/Looker (2+ years), comfortable with turning requests into insightful insights
• Automation track record: You have not just played around with automating processes, but have clear examples of taking manual inefficiencies and building clean, working automation with your AI tool of choice.
• Excellent Communication: Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to collaborate effectively with our international team and partners.
• Ownership & Responsibility: You have clear examples of owning initiatives from the ideation phase through to delivery with an understanding of the business impact.

Additional Information

For this role as Business Operations Analyst (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows: 

The base pay for this position is 45,000 - 50,000  EUR gross for full time (40 hours per week).
