About the Role The Controller, Real Estate Development role is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of Flow’s real estate development projects. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, comprehensive project budgeting, cost analysis, and compliance across Flow’s development portfolio. The Controller will serve as a strategic partner to the development, construction, and executive teams, driving financial accountability throughout the development lifecycle—from land acquisition and entitlements through stabilization or asset disposition.   This role is based full time at Flow's Miami HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands
