What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Customer Care Training and Development Manager to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.

• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.

• Conduct and evaluate training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

• Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees.

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and support to customer care representatives as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training methodology.

• Assist in various training related tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by a Customer Care Supervisor or Manager

About you:

• Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in customer care.

• Proven communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to adapt training methods to different training topics.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong technical skills to handle various training tools and platforms.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.

• Proven soft skills to effectively communicate and engage with trainees.

• Ability to develop and implement training programs that address both technical & soft skills in an in-person, online or hybrid setup.

• Occasional travel requirement to other company locations for training sessions.
