Job Description
ตำแหน่ง ศูนย์บริการ
1.เปิด ปิด ศูนย์บริการ ตามกำหนดเวลา รับชำระเงินสด เช็ค บัตรเครดิต ค่าบริการรายเดือนน ค่าย้าย ค่าติดตั้ง ค่าอุปกรณ์ นำฝากเงิน นำฝากเช็ค รายได้ของบริษัทภายในวัน
2.นำเสนอแพคเก็จใหม่ สินค้าใหม่ แนะนำลูกค้า ติดตั้งอินเทอร์เน็ต
3.รับคืนอุปกรณ์ลูกค้า ทำเคลม อุปกรณ์ ให้ลูกค้า
4.ติดต่อลูกค้าผ่านระบบ CCM ให้ข้อมูลแก้ไขปัญหา Ticket ที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง
5.ทำเอกสารหนังสือสัญญาเช่า ยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแพคเก็จ จัดส่งให้ทันตามกำหนด
6.ดูแลสินค้า และสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท ที่อยู่ศูนย์บริการไม่ให้หาย หรือ เสียหาย
7.ออกตลาด Troop ตามหมู่บ้าน ตามตลาด แจกโบชัวร์ ติดป้าย เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายลูกค้าใหม่
8.Support งานช่าง งานเซล จนท อื่นๆ ดูข้อมูล ลูกค้าให้กับช่าง คุยลูกค้า ที่ช่างเจอปัญหามา
9.แนะนำลูกค้า สมัคร 3BB App ทุกรายที่ยังไม่สมัคร เวลาลูกค้าเข้ามา ติดต่อ แนะนำสมัคร แนะนำ ข้อดีของแอพให้ลูกค้า

วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป-ปริญญาตรี
