About the Role
We are looking for a curious and analytically minded Data Operations Executive to join our Data & Technology team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a foundation in SQL, Python, GA4, Google Tag Manager and data reporting, who wants to build a career at the intersection of Digital Analytics, Data Operations and Marketing Technology.
You will support tracking implementations, data infrastructure, reporting solutions and automation across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Perform tag audits, troubleshoot DataLayer issues and conduct tracking QA.
- Configure and manage GA4 events, conversions, audiences and reporting structures.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean and analyse data.
- Use Python for data wrangling, automation and supporting data pipeline activities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
- Support data storage and querying using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
- Work with APIs to extract data from advertising platforms and third-party sources.
- Perform data-quality and tracking checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support report automation and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes.
- Work with Data, Technology and Account teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Document tagging structures, processes and data flows.
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL.
- Working knowledge of Python, preferably Pandas/data-wrangling experience.
- Hands-on exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Good understanding of GA4, event tracking and conversions.
- Experience with Looker Studio / Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of web analytics and tracking concepts.
- Comfortable working with APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data-quality mindset.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
