ABOUT THE ROLE

INETCO is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to own the engine that powers our marketing pipeline — our marketing operations stack (Hubspot and its integration with Salesforce) and the campaigns that bring our fraud-first story to life. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role based in Vancouver (hybrid, 2–3 days per week in office) reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, built for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow their career in marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and maintain Hubspot as our marketing automation platform — workflows, forms, lists, lead scoring, and email sends
• Manage the integration between Hubspot and Salesforce, keeping lead routing, field mapping, and data clean and accurate
  
• Produce campaign content — emails, nurture sequences, landing page copy, and social posts
• Execute integrated campaigns end-to-end, from brief to launch to reporting and analysis
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into clear takeaways and recommendations
• Build and manage lead nurture workflows and monitor the MQL → SQL handoff with Sales
• Partner with Sales, Product, and the Chief Growth Officer on campaigns, sales enablement, and ad hoc growth projects
• Proactively flag what's not working and recommend better tools, processes, or content

• Hungry to learn and grow into a bigger marketing role over time
• A strong, clear writer who can produce clean, on-brand campaign copy
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
• Curious about marketing technology, automation, and what makes campaigns perform
• Collaborative — comfortable working closely with Sales, Communications and Product teams

COMPETENCIES

• Exposure to B2B tech, payments, banking, or cybersecurity
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, or demonstrated ability to learn marketing automation platforms fast
• Understanding of Salesforce and CRM/marketing data hygiene
• Strong, clean writing — able to produce on-brand campaign copy independently
• Basic understanding of the digital marketing funnel (MQL/SQL, nurture, attribution)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable running multiple campaigns and tasks at once
• Analytical enough to read campaign and funnel reports, draw out insights, and act on them
• Familiarity with Apollo and interest in building marketing AI agents
