About the role
We’re hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to lead social media and influencer marketing for our app portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, creators, and audience insights can come together to drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
You’ll own influencer and social initiatives end to end — from identifying the right creators and shaping campaign briefs to coordinating execution and tracking results.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns for A1Apps’ app portfolio
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators and influencers based on audience fit and content quality
- Manage campaigns end to end, including outreach, coordination, brief creation, approvals, and execution follow-through
- Partner with internal teams to develop content angles, messaging, and campaign ideas
- Work closely with design, content, product, and performance marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Track campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, creator output, conversion signals, and ROI
- Turn campaign learnings into stronger future content, creator partnerships, and experiments
- Stay current with platform trends, creator ecosystems, and audience behavior
What we’re looking for
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing creator or influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator-led audience engagement
- Good judgment on content quality, creator fit, and audience relevance
- Comfort with reporting, performance analysis, and data-backed decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High ownership and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer internet, B2C, or mobile app marketing
- Exposure to UGC-style creatives or performance-oriented content testing
- Familiarity with tier-one or international audiences
- Understanding of app-growth or mobile-platform marketing nuances
