About the Role
NetCom Learning — an authorized training partner for 90+ global technology leaders including Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, and Cisco — is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Director to own the P&L and lead strategic growth across Bangladesh and cross-border markets. This role drives institutional, government, and enterprise partnerships; scales flagship initiatives including N+ and Certs365; and builds large-scale university and youth technology engagement programs that connect academic institutions with industry readiness. Success looks like a profitable, scalable regional operation delivering USD 1 Million+ in annual revenue, a strong government–education–enterprise partner ecosystem, and a well-established NetCom Learning brand presence across the market.
What's in It for You
  • Full P&L ownership and strategic decision-making authority for a high-growth regional market.
  • Direct executive engagement with global tech leaders — Microsoft (a consecutive Learning Partner of the Year), Google Cloud, AWS, and Cisco — plus senior government and enterprise stakeholders.
  • A high-visibility mandate to scale flagship initiatives like N+ and Certs365, and to lead nationwide youth technology engagement programs.
  • The opportunity to build and lead your own team within a fast-scaling, award-winning global learning organization.
What You Will Do
  • Own the P&L for Bangladesh and cross-border partnerships, driving strategic growth, operational scaling, and brand positioning across the region.
  • Deliver an annual revenue target of USD 1 Million+ through a profitable, scalable business operation.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with government bodies, educational institutions, industry associations, and corporate organizations.
  • Lead institutional, government, and enterprise sales, owning the complete cycle from prospecting through bids, tenders, RFPs, and contract closure.
  • Scale strategic initiatives such as N+ and Certs365, and expand institutional networks that connect university education with industry readiness.
  • Build and lead large-scale university partnerships and youth technology engagement programs (Agent X–style initiatives), reaching students at scale.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with enterprise leaders and government stakeholders to unlock new B2B revenue streams and institutional channels.
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies; represent the organization at industry events and forums to build brand visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams on localized go-to-market and demand-generation strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to design customized training, certification, and digital learning solutions aligned to market needs.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the local business development, partnerships, and operations team.
  • Establish KPIs and accountability frameworks; drive business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Functional Skills
  • Strategic partnership development across government, education, and enterprise sectors.
  • P&L ownership, country-level business planning, and cross-border operations management.

  • Executive stakeholder management and relationship-building.
  • Market expansion and go-to-market strategy execution.
  • Team leadership and performance management.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Institutional/Government/Enterprise Sales, including P&L or country-level leadership experience.
  • Experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, IT Training, Certifications, or Professional Education preferred.
