a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

Job Description
• Help expand our email list and connectionsÂ
• Manage multiple email campaignsÂ
• Track and record performance of the various email campaigns. Be able to identify any trends which occur and offer a recommended course of action
• Identify consumer segments to targetÂ
• Develop new channels to help support growth
• Manage content messaging, communication frequency, and all creative processesÂ
• Set quantifiable objectives and define best practices
• Provide leadership through strategic visionÂ
• Develop email marketing plans around schedules and budgetsÂ
• Constantly analyze results from a campaign to identify problems and make suggestions for future improvementÂ
• Design and deploy newsletters
Qualifications
• 4 years’ experience in online marketingÂ
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; Masters preferred
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite of productsÂ
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of email metrics and marketing conceptsÂ
• Able to create email templates which translate well when viewing on mobile and desktop devicesÂ
• High proficiency in Microsoft OfficeÂ
• A background in merchandising, direct marketing, or catalogs is a plus
