About this role
一、職務介紹
本職務負責實作研華下一代 Local MCU-based Out-of-Band Management Solution，應用於邊緣運算裝置、工業設備、網通設備與嵌入式系統。
此職務主要聚焦於 MCU / MPU OOB controller 的 firmware 開發、主系統整合、硬體控制、通訊協議實作與驗證測試。OOB controller 需在主系統 OS、網路服務、應用程式服務、設備管理服務或通訊模組異常時，仍能獨立執行基本救援動作。
由於 Local MCU OOB controller 受限於運算資源、記憶體、儲存空間與產品成本，本方案採用輕量化 OOB control protocol。
此角色需要具備 Embedded Linux、MCU firmware、硬體控制介面、通訊協議實作與系統驗證能力，並能與硬體、BSP、平台軟體、設備管理平台、測試與產品團隊合作，將 OOB recovery capability 落地到實際產品。
二、主要工作內容
根據市場需求、客戶需求及產品規格，設計韌體架構與 OOB管理通訊協定。 負責 MCU／MPU 平台 OOB 韌體開發、維護與功能實作。 執行平台 Bring-up、除錯、問題分析及 Root Cause Investigation。 開發 OOB 驗證工具、自動化測試程式及測試框架，提升產品品質與開發效率。
三、人才需具備
熟悉Embedded Linux 與 MCU Firmware 開發 硬體控制與 Board Bring-up 經驗為佳 具備IoT Device Manager Protocol 定義與實作能力為佳 具備嵌入式平台與設備整合經驗為佳 有自動化測試與驗證經驗為佳 跨團隊協作與文件能力優
