Job Description – Talent Acquisition + HR Operations

Position: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across creative, digital, media, strategy, technology, finance, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn recruitment in a fast-paced advertising environment.

The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to identify and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• Ensure all recruitment activities are updated accurately in the ATS/HRMS.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate interview schedules with business leaders and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with universities, institutes, and placement cells for campus hiring initiatives.

Employer Branding

• Assist in creating job advertisements and LinkedIn hiring posts.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns.

Recruitment Operations

• Generate recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and TAT.

• Support background verification and pre-joining formalities.

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)

• BBA/B.Com/BA with relevant HR internship may also apply.

Experience

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

• Internship experience in HR Recruitment will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of recruitment fundamentals.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of ATS/HRMS is a plus.
