Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst II supports operational initiatives, technology projects, business optimization, and process improvement efforts across Direct Sales. This role partners with business stakeholders to coordinate projects, gather requirements, build solutions, support automation initiatives, and help streamline day-to-day business processes. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of project coordination, analytical, and technical skills, with experience working with data, reporting tools, business applications, AI, and workflow automations. This individual will contribute to both strategic initiatives and operational support activities while helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Project & Program Support:

•Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing operational and technology-focused projects.

•Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.

•Facilitate meetings and document project decisions and requirements

•Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Reporting & Analytics:

•Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

•Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.

•Support business users with data analysis and reporting requests.

•Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement using data. Automation & Technology Solutions

•Support workflow automation initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.

•Assist with API integrations, data transfers, and system connectivity efforts.

•Create and maintain automation documentation and process guides.

•Help test and validate new system enhancements and technology solutions.

Operational Support:

•Support day-to-day business processes and operational activities.

•Monitor recurring processes and troubleshoot issues when they arise.

•Document standard operating procedures and business workflows.

•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
