Field Services Technician

Villa is currently the largest ADU builder in California and is growing rapidly into other housing products and geographies. Role Overview We are looking for a dependable person with handyman/carpenter skills that can complete various repair and maintenance tasks on our projects. Home repair & finishing job duties include painting, patching drywall, installing lvp flooring, carpentry, roofing repairs, siding repairs, basic prep & detail, and punch list repairs of newly installed pre-fabricated homes. Responsibilities may also involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues. Previous experience working as an electrician, plumber, or carpenter is a plus.   We are hiring for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area.
