Job Description

• Lead recruitment strategy for all technical and engineering functions globally.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical technical positions.

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

• Utilize market intelligence and talent analytics to inform recruiting decisions.

• Drive diversity recruiting efforts and inclusive hiring practices.

• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and sourcing partners.

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.

• Establish and monitor recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness.

• Support organizational growth initiatives and strategic hiring projects.

• Partner with Compensation and HR Business Partners on offer development.

• Ensure recruiting compliance and adherence to hiring policies.

• Mentor recruiters and coordinators supporting recruiting activities.

• Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 8+ years recruiting experience.

• 5+ years technical recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting semiconductor, software, engineering, or technology talent.

• Experience supporting global workforces.

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
