Job Description

Brand Marketing
- Assist in the development and excecution of marketing campaigns including media planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Support event planning and sponsorship activities

Trade Marketing in Off Premise Sales
- Identify and highlight market trends in retail and beverage world
- Cross-functional collaboriation to support in development and execution of 360 trade marketing initiatives
- Transform data into clear, actionable insights and evaluate product portfolio
- Collaborate with wider Off Premise team to drive retailer initiatives

Business developer in On Premise Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the On Premise universe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with On Premise partners
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption

Qualifications

Graduate with a Master`s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Passion for the Red Bull brand and its mission to "Give wiiings to people and ideas"

Top talent with a solid business background, demonstrating commercial acumen

Fluent in Norwegian and English
