Onix is the Personal Intelligence platform. Each onix is a small language model trained exclusively on a single expert’s private corpus: clinical notes, unpublished research, proprietary methods that have never been on the internet and never will be. Fully isolated, never bleeding across experts.

Generic AI averages the internet. Onix lets you summon the actual judgment of a health and wellness expert who has spent a career on your problem, private and personal: experts already on the App Store include Dave Rabin, Mark Sisson, Ashley Koff, William Li, and Elissa Epel.

We need someone who owns acquisition end to end: the funnel from click to activation, and the honest read on what is actually working. Enough people want this that the real question now is whether we can bring them in predictably, at a cost that works, and know why it worked.

You are a full-stack growth operator: comfortable running the ad account, writing the email, and trying the guerrilla idea in the same week. You build and write the work yourself, in person from our office in Old Montreal.

What You Will Do

• Acquisition. Own the funnel end to end across paid, email, guerrilla tactics, and any growth hack worth trying.
• Copy and content. Write the ads, the emails, and the landing pages that carry every campaign you run.
• Creative testing. Turn ideas into testable variants: one variable at a time, an adequate sample, and retested winners.
• Marketing analytics. Own cost per install, signup, and activation, inside a privacy-first architecture that makes attribution a real creative challenge.
• Landing pages and discoverability. Build our paid pages yourself, own App Store optimization, and partner with product on the install handoff.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A track record of owning acquisition for a consumer product, across paid and beyond, with real campaigns, numbers, and failures to show for it.
• Comfortable moving across channels: paid media, email, guerrilla tactics, and growth hacks, writing the copy and content behind all of them yourself.
• Fluency in Meta and other ad platforms, from campaign structure to bid strategy.
• Comfort with server-side attribution, conversions APIs, and the general messiness of iOS measurement.
• The rigor to say plainly when your own data does not support a conclusion.

This Role is NOT For You If:

• You want a remote job. We build together in person, in Old Montreal.
• You need a full MMP stack and off-the-shelf attribution to do your job.
• You would rather show a dashboard than say plainly what a number means.

What Success Looks Like

• We know our cost per activated user, computed the same way every time, and it is not a matter of debate.
• Paid is running in-house with a documented test plan and a written record of what we have already learned.
• Our paid landing pages ship without engineering involvement.
• Cost per activated user is holding steady or improving as spend increases.
• Paid delivers a predictable number of activated users a month at a payback period we have agreed on.
