Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role

We're a fast-growing AdTech company (50–100 people) that combines human-made ad creative production with AI-driven testing and learning to help brands scale winning paid social campaigns. Think of us as a creative intelligence layer for performance marketing — we make ads, and every ad teaches the next one.

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, media, and creative intelligence. You'll own high-impact client accounts, steer substantial media budgets, and work cross-functionally with forward-deployed creative teams and media buyers to drive efficient, scalable growth. This is a primarily client-facing and strategic role — but you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the tactical weeds.

This role is based on-site in New York City. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

• Oversee annual media budgets ranging from $5M to $50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google — driving efficient spend and account scalability

• Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

• Develop cohesive growth strategies that place creative at the center of paid advertising programs

• Translate creative performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients, creative teams, and media buyers

• Identify and execute optimizations across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement frameworks

• Partner closely with on-site creatives and media buyers to turn performance insights into high-performing content and scaled campaigns

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4–8 years of paid media experience; agency and/or consumer app background strongly preferred

• Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising platforms and campaign management

• Proven track record managing accounts with seven-figure+ annual media budgets ($1M+)

• Experience running paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google

• Strong analytical skills — ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations

• Experience developing growth strategies that tightly integrate creative performance with media buying

• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading QBRs and executive stakeholder meetings

• Experience optimizing media efficiency beyond standard dashboard metrics (funnel strategy, offer testing, incrementality, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Deep understanding of mobile advertising measurement systems including SKAN, AEM, and MMPs

• Experience working in agency environments managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Background in consumer app or mobile-first product growth marketing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year, depending on experience
