We power the entire cloud GTM motion — listing, co-selling, transaction, and revenue operations — for fast-growing software companies. We're headquartered in San Francisco with a growing engineering hub in Vancouver, and we're preparing for our next stage of growth.
Today, we’re working 300+ amazing customers, ranging from top AI companies like the LLM labs, Decagon, Glean, to large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel.
We're looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Suger's organic growth engine. This is a foundational marketing hire and a newly created role with the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success - translating a technical, fast-evolving product into messaging that resonates with revenue leaders, cloud alliance teams, and RevOps buyers.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature marketing machine. You'll help build it.

We work on a hybrid model, with 4 days per week in our new Vancouver office at 321 Water St.
