Job Description

1. Product Marketing & Growth Planning (40%)

• Develop annual and monthly growth plans to drive recruiter acquisition and engagement, with clear success metrics.

• Translate the growth plan into a feasible initiatives roadmap, leveraging various growth loops and channels – referral, partnership, community, owned media and paid.

• Develop Go-To-Market plans for Việc Làm Tốt's strategic product features, with a clear target audience and value proposition for users.

2. Experimentation & Execution (50%)

• Execute end-to-end campaigns to acquire and engage recruiters across online and offline channels.

• Translate Go-To-Market plans into execution plans and implement them, coordinating with Design, Content, Product, Sales/AM and Legal.

• Own the user communication strategy for key projects, setting up marketing automation flows to improve conversion, activation and engagement across the recruiter lifecycle.

• Track campaign performance, identify actionable insights and next actions, and continuously improve the outcomes.

3. Partnership Delivery (10%)

• Support the growth of partner-driven acquisition channels: manpower companies and their field networks, public employment service centres, community group admins, and HR industry ambassadors.

• Work with internal teams (Marketing & Sales) and external partners to deliver user-facing events

Qualifications

• User-centric mindset — essential. You can explain why a user would care before you explain what the campaign does. You look for the reason behind a behaviour rather than only the number describing it.

• 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, preferably in an app-based environment.

• Critical, reasoning and logical thinking. Basic SQL / BigQuery is a plus.

• Effective AI & Automation mindset to optimise the speed and accuracy of work outputs

• Self-motivation and strong proje6ct and stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Great work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

• Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.

• Strong command of English and Vietnamese language.
